In this Stimuli article are presented the responses of the US Pharmacopeia to comments received concerning the Stimuli article “Characterization of Apex Vessel Geometries and Irregularities”, originally published in PF 51(1) [Jan.–Feb. 2025] and subsequently, with a corrected figure, in PF 51(5) [Sep.–Oct. 2025]. While most comments are reproduced as received, some have been modified for clarity and/or combined with similar comments for brevity.
