DEFINITION

Cranberry Fruit Juice Dry Extract is prepared from Cranberry Fruit Juice Concentrate after hydroalcoholic extraction over an adsorbent resin. The extract contains NLT 15% and NMT 33% of total proanthocyanidins calculated as procyanidin A2 (C₃₀H₂₄O₁₂) on the dried basis. It may contain suitable added substances.
