DEFINITION

Broccoli Seed Dry Extract is prepared from the seeds of Brassica oleracea var. italica Plenck (syn. Brassica cretica Lam.) (Fam. Brassicaceae) by aqueous extraction. It contains NLT 13% of glucoraphanin on the dried basis. It may contain suitable added substances as carriers.
