BRIEFING

 〈1229.2〉 Moist Heat Sterilization of Aqueous Liquids. This proposal is based on the version of the chapter official as of August 1, 2022. The USP Microbiology Expert Committee proposes the following revisions:

1. Change the chapter title to “Sterilizing Filtration of Liquids”.

2. Consolidate content by integrating relevant text from Sterilizing Filtration of Liquids 〈1229.4〉, which is being omitted.

 Additionally, minor editorial changes have been made to update the chapter to current USP style.
