It contains not less than 95.0 percent and not more than 105.0 percent of the labeled amount of propoxycaine hydrochloride (C₁₆H₂₆N₂O₃·HCl), not less than 95.0 percent and not more than 105.0 percent of the labeled amount of procaine hydrochloride (C₁₃H₂₀N₂O₂·HCl), and not less than 90.0 percent and not more than 110.0 percent of the labeled amount of levonordefrin (C₉H₁₃NO₃).
