BRIEFING

 Penicillin G, Neomycin, Polymyxin B, Hydrocortisone Acetate, and Hydrocortisone Sodium Succinate Topical Suspension. This proposal is based on the monograph that was official prior to 2013. The Biologics Monographs 4-Antibiotics Expert Committee proposes to omit this monograph for the following reasons:

1. There are no drug products formulated as Penicillin G, Neomycin, Polymyxin B, Hydrocortisone Acetate, and Hydrocortisone Sodium Succinate Topical Suspension available on the market in the United States.

2. The drug products formulated as Penicillin G, Neomycin, Polymyxin B, Hydrocortisone Acetate, and Hydrocortisone Sodium Succinate Topical Suspension are not on the list of approved drugs for veterinary medicine in the United States.
