It contains not less than 90.0 percent and not more than 140.0 percent of the labeled amounts of neomycin, penicillin G, and polymyxin B, and not less than 90.0 percent and not more than 110.0 percent of the labeled amounts of hydrocortisone acetate (C₂₃H₃₂O₆) and hydrocortisone sodium succinate (C₂₅H₃₃NaO₈).
