Peanut Oil is the fully-refined (alkali-refined, bleached, and deodorized at 230°–260°) oil obtained from the seed kernels of one or more of the cultivated varieties of Arachis hypogaea L. (Fam. Leguminosae). It may contain suitable antioxidants.
