BRIEFING

Nystatin, Neomycin Sulfate, Thiostrepton, and Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment. This proposal is based on the version of the monograph official prior to 2013. It is proposed to revise the monograph with the following changes:

Revise the calculation in the Assay for Nystatin to reflect the percentage of nystatin in the drug product.
Revise the calculation in the Assay for Triamcinolone Acetonide to reflect the percentage of triamcinolone acetonide in the drug product.

Additionally, minor editorial changes have been made to update the monograph to current USP style.
