BRIEFING

 Construct Human Fibroblasts in Bilayer Synthetic Scaffold. This proposal is based on the version of the monograph official as of August 1, 2020. It is being proposed to revise the monograph as follows:

  1. Replace the use of tap water with purified water to better align with laboratory best practices. Remove references to "tap water" from the text.

  2. Remove USP Authentic Visual References RS from the monograph.

  3. Insert the images from the photomicrograph CD into the monograph.

 Additionally, minor editorial changes have been made to update the monograph to current USP style.
