DEFINITION

Glyceryl Monostearate contains NLT 90.0% of monoglycerides of saturated fatty acids, chiefly glyceryl monostearate (C₂₁H₄₂O₄) and glyceryl monopalmitate (C₁₉H₃₈O₄). It may contain a suitable antioxidant.
