Garlic
DEFINITION
Garlic consists of the fresh or dried compound bulbs of Allium sativum L. (Fam. Liliaceae). It contains NLT 0.5% of alliin and NLT 0.2% of γ-glutamyl-(S)-allyl-l-cysteine, calculated on the dried basis.
