BRIEFING

 Construct Human Fibroblasts in Polyglactin Scaffold. This proposal is based on the version of the monograph official as of August 1, 2020. It is proposed to revise the monograph as follows:

1. Tap water was removed and replaced with purified water to better align with laboratory best practices. Remove references to "tap water" in text.

2. Remove the USP Authentic Visual References RS from the monograph.

3. Insert the images from the photomicrograph CD into the monograph.

 Additionally, minor editorial changes have been made to update the monograph to current USP style.
