The liquid chromatographic procedure in the test for Content of Flavonoids was conducted using the Phenomenex Luna C18 brand of L1 column with 5-µm packing. The typical retention times for apigenin-6,8-di-C-glycoside, orientin-6"-O-glycoside, apigenin-6-C-pentoside-8-C-glycoside, orientin, homoorientin, vitexin-2"-O-glycoside, vitexin, isovitexin, and swertisin are 15.2, 16.5, 17.1, 17.3, 17.8, 18.4, 21.2, 22.8, and 25.6 min, respectively.
