It encompasses a range of aluminum-to-zirconium atomic ratios between 6.0:1 and 10.0:1, and a range of (aluminum plus zirconium)-to-chloride atomic ratios between 1.5:1 and 0.9:1. It contains not less than 90.0 percent and not more than 110.0 percent of the labeled amount of anhydrous aluminum zirconium octachlorohydrate.
