Red Clover
DEFINITION
Red Clover consists of the aerial parts of Trifolium pratense L. (Fam. Fabaceae). It contains NLT 0.5% of isoflavones, calculated on the dried basis, as the sum of daidzein, genistein, formononetin, and biochanin A.
