 Cordyceps militaris Fruiting Body Aqueous Dry Extract. A new monograph for this dietary ingredient is being proposed. Validation data for the liquid chromatographic procedure in the test for Content of Nucleosides were obtained using the Avantor Genesis AQ C18 brand of column with L1 packing. The typical retention times for uridine, guanosine, adenosine, cordycepin, and N⁶-(2-hydroxyethyl)-adenosine are about 6.4, 10.4, 14.4, 15.7, and 17.3 min, respectively.
