The liquid chromatographic procedure in the test for Content of Anthocyanosides was obtained with the Shimadzu Shim-pack Scepter C18-120 brand of column with L1 packing. The typical retention times for neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, cyanidin-3-O-galactoside, cyanidin-3-O-glucoside, cyanidin-3-O-arabinoside, and cyanidin-3-O-xyloside are about 1.3, 2.3, 3.0, 3.6, 4.3, and 5.7 min, respectively.
