〈1762〉 Solid-State NMR Spectroscopy - Theory and Practice
INTRODUCTION
Solid-state NMR (ssNMR) spectroscopy is an advanced technique for the characterization of pharmaceutical solids (1–2). Its broad range of applications in pharmaceutical analysis includes solid form identification and quantitation in drug substances (DSs), drug products, and excipients, as well as physical and chemical profiling of dosage forms. Moreover, it provides a high-resolution tool for exploring the structure and dynamics of complex drug delivery systems (3–4).
