The liquid chromatographic procedure for the content of ubidecarenone in Strength is based on analyses performed with the 8-mm × 10-cm Welch Materials Ultimate XB-C18 brand of column with L1 packing. The approximate retention times for ubidecarenone related compound A and ubidecarenone are 5.1 and 6.3 min, respectively.
