Validation data for the liquid chromatographic procedure in the test for Content of Caffeic Acid Esters were obtained using the Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 brand of column with L1 packing. The typical retention times for salviaflaside and rosmarinic acid are about 14.3 and 19.0 min, respectively.
