Ketamine Hydrochloride Compounded Injection contains an amount of ketamine hydrochloride (C₁₃H₁₆ClNO·HCl) equivalent to NLT 95.0% and NMT 105.0% of the labeled amount of ketamine (C₁₃H₁₆ClNO).
