The liquid chromatographic procedure in the test for Content of Anthocyanosides was obtained with the Waters Symmetry C18 brand of column with L1 packing. The typical retention times for cyanidin-3-O-sambubioside-5-O-glucoside, cyanidin-3,5-di-O-glucoside, cyanidin-3-O-sambubioside, cyanidin-3-O-glucoside, and cyanidin are 5.0, 5.6, 9.2, 10.7, and 21.1 min, respectively.
