European Elder Berry Dry Juice is prepared by drying European Elder Berry Juice Concentrate on suitable carriers and with anti-caking agents. It contains NLT 1.0% total anthocyanosides, and NLT 80.0% and NMT 120.0% of the labeled amount of total anthocyanosides, both calculated as the sum of the chloride salts of cyanidin-3-O-sambubioside-5-O-glucoside, cyanidin-3,5-di-O-glucoside, cyanidin-3-O-sambubioside, and cyanidin-3-O-glucoside on the dried basis.
