 Lidocaine Hydrochloride Compounded Injection. Because there is no existing USP monograph for this compounded drug product, a new monograph is being proposed based on a validated stability-indicating method. The liquid chromatographic procedure in the Assay is based on analyses validated using the Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 brand of analytical column with L1 packing. The typical retention time for lidocaine is about 12.5 min.
