Naltrexone Hydrochloride Compounded Oral Suspension. A new compounded preparation monograph based on a validated stability-indicating method is being proposed. The liquid chromatographic procedure in the Assay is based on analyses validated using the Xbridge Shield RP18 brand of L1 column. The typical retention time is about 5.4 min.
