DEFINITION
Oil-Soluble Vitamins Preparation is a mixture of two or more of the following oil-soluble vitamins: Vitamin A as retinyl acetate or retinyl palmitate, Vitamin D as cholecalciferol, Vitamin E as RRR- or all-rac-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, and Vitamin K as phytonadione with one or more inert substances and suitable antioxidants. It may be in a solid or liquid form. It contains NLT 90.0% and NMT 120.0% of the labeled amount of vitamin A as retinol equivalents (C20H30O), vitamin D as cholecalciferol (C27H44O), Vitamin E as 2R-alpha-tocopherol (C29H50O2), and Vitamin K as phytonadione (C31H46O2).
