 Gabapentin Compounded Oral Suspension. This proposal is based on the version of the monograph official as of December 1, 2021. It is proposed to make the following revisions:

1. Add a second compounded preparation to the Definition.

2. Add an Appearance requirement.

3. Add Antimicrobial Effectiveness Testing 〈51〉 information to the Beyond-Use Date section

 Additionally, minor editorial changes have been made to update this monograph to current USP style.
