 Sodium Phosphates Compounded Injection. This proposal is based on the version of the monograph official as of May 1, 2022. The revisions that are being proposed correct references to phosphate throughout the Assay and make updates to the Beyond-Use Date based on the recently revised Pharmaceutical Compounding—Sterile Preparations 〈797〉.
