The liquid chromatographic method for Strength and the Limit of N-Acetylornithine test is based on analyses performed with the SIELC Technologies Primesep 100 brand of column with L85 packing. Typical retention times for citrulline and N-acetylornithine are approximately 5.5 and 6.8 min. respectively.
