Moroccan Argan Oil

DESCRIPTION

Moroccan Argan Oil is prepared by manually or mechanically pressing slightly roasted kernels from the argan tree [Argania spinosa (L.) Skeels; Fam. Sapotaceae]. The product is graded as extra virgin, virgin, or pure based on physiochemical characteristics such as free fatty acid, peroxide value, and specific extinction at K270. The oil has a light yellow color and has a pleasant hazelnut taste. Sensory qualities of argan oil are characteristic of this product and should be consistent with this standard.
