DESCRIPTION

Allulose is a C-3 epimer of d-fructose. Allulose, Syrup occurs as a white to light yellow, syrupy liquid that darkens at high temperatures. Allulose, Syrup is manufactured via enzymatic conversion of fructose, followed by processes which may include chromatographic separation, decolorizing, desalting, and concentration through evaporation. Allulose is soluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol.
