Olive Oil, Extra Virgin and Virgin

DESCRIPTION

Olive oil is the oil obtained solely from the fruit of the olive tree (Olea europaea L.). Olive Oil, Extra Virgin and Virgin are obtained solely by mechanical or other physical means under conditions that do not lead to alterations in the oil. Extra virgin and virgin olive oils are characteristically yellow to green colored liquids. Sensory quality of extra virgin and virgin olive oils is characteristic of this product and should be consistent with this standard.
