DESCRIPTION

Potassium Diacetate is a molecular compound of potassium acetate and acetic acid. It occurs as a white, hygroscopic, crystalline solid. It is manufactured using potassium carbonate and acetic acid. One g is soluble in approximately 1 mL of water. The pH of a 1:10 aqueous solution is 4.5–5.0.
