DESCRIPTION

Sacha Inchi Oil is obtained from the seeds of sacha inchi fruit (Plukenetia volubilis L.) by cold pressing. Only mechanical procedures (e.g., expelling or pressing) are applied without altering the nature of the oil. The obtained crude oil may be purified by washing with water, settling, filtering, and centrifuging.
