High Phospholipid Krill Oil
BRIEFING
Krill Oil, FCC 14. On the basis of data and information received, the following updates are proposed to Table 1 in Identification A:

Expand the upper limit of the palmitic acid to myristic acid ratio from 3.6 g/100 g to 3.9 g/100 g.

Expand the upper limit of eicosapentaenoic acid from 19.5 g/100 g to 22.5 g/100 g.
Updates also have been made to the test for Phospholipids to align with the USP Krill Oil monograph.
Additionally, minor editorial changes have been made to update the monograph to current USP style.
This proposal is targeted for publication in FCC 15.
