DESCRIPTION

Parsley Herb Oil occurs as a yellow to light brown liquid with the odor of parsley herb. It is the oil obtained by steam distillation of the above-ground parts of the plant Petroselinum crispum (Fam. Umbelliferae), including the immature seed. It is soluble in most fixed oils, in mineral oil, and in alcohol (with opalescence). It is slightly soluble in propylene glycol, but it is insoluble in glycerin.
