DESCRIPTION

Glycerol Ester of Tall Oil Rosin occurs as a pale amber-colored resin (color N or paler as determined by ASTM Designation D 509). It is produced by the esterification of tall oil rosin with food-grade glycerin and purified by steam stripping. It is soluble in acetone, but is insoluble in water.
