DESCRIPTION

Maltitol Syrup occurs as a clear, colorless, syrupy liquid. It is a water solution of a hydrogenated, partially hydrolyzed starch containing maltitol, sorbitol, and hydrogenated oligo- and polysaccharides. It is miscible with water and with glycerin, and slightly miscible with alcohol.
